cheated and burnt
they left me all alone
in this sad world

picked me up off my feet
made everything better
you helped me through the sadness
even though i cried and cried my silent tears
you said you would always be there
all of my good memories include you
you said i was special
you said i was important to you
you said i was forever yours
but why is it you treat her just the same

why would you do that
you know what it was like
you should have know that was not what i needed
it hurt me more than it should of
but all i could do was smile
even though i was filled with misery
maybe i don't like you anymore
maybe we don't talk
maybe we don't see each other
but the feelings are growing
but now i am just unwanted by you
i have been completely forgotten
i fell for you but you weren't there to catch me
